# Submit a Support Ticket

Our support team is always happy to answer any questions you have about setup and functionality!

To create a support ticket in the scope of the support period you can click the "Support" button on the Cost Calculator dashboard.

If you are not created a support account on our platform yet, go to the Cost Calculator > Contact us and click Create a Ticket button to submit a new ticket and create a support account quickly.
