# How to get Premium Support?

If you have purchased the premium templates, you can submit a support ticket to receive assistance.

## How to create a Support Ticket?

1. Log in to <https://support.stylemixthemes.com/auth/login> with the email and password that you have used to [**purchase Premium Templates:**](https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms-starter-theme/installation-and-activation/pages/BRnJ6YMeY2aFXdYlfSJv#step-4.2-freemius-checkout)

2. On your WordPress dashboard open **MasterStudy Templates:**

3. Click on the **Submit a Ticket** button at the bottom of the page:

4. Now you can submit a **Support Ticket:**
