How to get Premium Support?

If you have purchased the premium templates, you can submit a support ticket to receive assistance.

If you are using the free version of MasterStudy Templates, or the support period expired, you can create a new topic on the MasterStudy LMS page in the WordPress form.

How to create a Support Ticket?

1. Log in to https://support.stylemixthemes.com/auth/login with the email and password that you have used to purchase Premium Templates:

1. On your WordPress dashboard open MasterStudy Templates:

1. Click on the Submit a Ticket button at the bottom of the page:
