# Plugin Installation

Installing the Motors plugin is as straightforward as installing any other WordPress plugin. This guide outlines two methods for installation.

## Basic Free Version Installation

### Method 1: Installing via the WordPress Repository

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard and select `Plugins` > `Add New`.

2. **Search for the Motors Plugin.**

* In the search bar, type `Motors` and press `Enter`.
* **Install and Activate the Plugin.**
  * Locate the Motors plugin in the search results.
  * Click the `Install Now` button and wait for the installation to complete.
  * Once installed, click the `Activate` button.

### Method 2: Installing via Plugin Upload

1. **Download the Plugin.**
   * Download the Motors plugin zip file from the [WordPress.org repository](https://wordpress.org/plugins/motors-car-dealership-classified-listings/) or another trusted source to your local computer.

**Activate the Plugin.**

* Once the installation is complete, click the `Activate` button.

1. When all your data is found to be correct about your buying, you will get a welcome message by **Freemius**, sent to your email. In that message, you will be aware of linking to Pro Plugin's download page with the license key to activate the plugin. You will also be informed of some personal data and instructions for activation.

2. Go to the **Plugins** sections from your dashboard, then click **Add New:**

2. Choose the **Upload plugin** function from there and select the archived file from the Freemius message then **Install** it:

3. **Paste** the **Licence key** that you received via email to **Activate** the plugin:
