# Support Portal

In the Support Portal, you can see documentation and tutorials for all products and create a support ticket. This is a portal for the theme and plugin users.

This is what you will see when you click on the Support Portal:

You can go to the product documentation by clicking on it to learn more. The documentation has step-by-step instructions on products, you can find most answers to your questions there.&#x20;

But if you haven't found an answer to your question in docs or have come to bugs, you can create a support ticket. Our support agents will help you with your questions and problems. To do that, click on the "New Ticket" button and you will redirected to the login page:

If you have purchased any of our plugins, log in with the credentials Freemius sent you.&#x20;

In the **My Tickets** tab, you can see all open and solved tickets created by you.
