In the Support Portal, you can see documentation and tutorials for all products and create a support ticket. This is a portal for the theme and plugin users.

This is what you will see when you click on the Support Portal:

You can go to the product documentation by clicking on it to learn more. The documentation has step-by-step instructions on products, you can find most answers to your questions there.

But if you haven't found an answer to your question in docs or have come to bugs, you can create a support ticket. Our support agents will help you with your questions and problems. To do that, click on the "New Ticket" button and you will redirected to the login page:

If you have purchased any of our plugins, log in with the credentials Freemius sent you.

In the My Tickets tab, you can see all open and solved tickets created by you.

In the Hire Us section, you can get customization and maintenance services from our Stylemix team. If you want to customize our plugins and themes by adding the features you want or extending their features, click on Get Customization to get a free estimate of the project scope from our team. You can learn more about maintenance by clicking on the Maintenance service.
