Listings

Listings section helps admin check and manage all listings which are on the website. Also, Admin can add his own listings.

Under listing panel admin can manage listings by marking it as sold, edit, change name, URL and make them featured

By clicking on the dealer name, you will be redirected to the dealer/seller account and by clicking to the listing name you will be redirected to the single listing page.

The Sold feature allows display sold or unavailable listings as Sold. Afterward, the Sold badge can be put to any of the listings.

The Sold badge appears in the inventory and single listing page view respectively.

Edit button allows to edit and manage listings, change the information and price.

You can also mark a listing as Featured. The Featured listing will be displayed at the top of the Inventory page:

Statistics button - will show the listing statistics.

Pause button - Pause button will temporarily disable the listing on the website, and it won't be available for purchase.

Add listing

When adding listings from the admin panel, you need to step-by-step fill in the data about the car or any other vehicle. At the very beginning, you need to fill out standard forms, such as: Make Model, Year, Car conditions and select the car Location.

Under General section you can indicate the status of the listing and select the author (dealer/seller)

Step 1 is the most required one, as there you need to fill Make, Model, Year and Fuel Type information about the listing because all those features will be used in the search filter on inventory page.

Step 2 requires to add more detailed information. Fields which are marked as required will also be used in filter on inventory page.

Under Step 4 you can mark all the additional car features which are divided by categories.

Step 5 allows to add car images and change the order by drag and drop. Also, it is possible to add alt text under each image.

Step 6 requires to mark all damages or issues happened with the vehicle. We made a creative and handy map for marking damage or problems with the machine. By drag and drop, you can move the appropriate damage variant to the suitable part of the car

When indicating Listing price, you can also set Sale price and mark this ad to be highlighted.
