The example has been shown for MasterStudy LMS but is applicable to other plugins as well. You have to follow the same process.
Sometimes, a user cannot activate a license on intermediate domains, even though they are listed.
If it happens, a license needs to be synchronized by following WP Dashboard > MS LMS {or other plugin} > Account:
