How to activate plugin support

When you submit a ticket for the first time, you will be required to enter your Freemius email and Freemius Public Key.

Please DO NOT use the public key that you can find in the WordPress Dashboard. The public key you see in the WordPress dashboard is a public of the plugin and not your Freemius profile's Public Key. Please follow the insructions below to activate your support.

To obtain the right data for the support activation you need to go to Freemius Dashboard > My Profile. Use this link to login you can find the credentials in one of the emails you got right after plugin purchase. Use email (1) and Public key (2) from My profile screen to submit the ticket:
