There are Footer settings available in the Customize section of the Appearance menu in the WordPress dashboard or from your website page. These settings let you set up the visuals of the Footer in the MasterStudy Templates..

Accessing Footer Settings from WordPress Admin Dashboard

To access these settings, first navigate to your WordPress dashboard. Look for the "Appearance" tab on the left-hand sidebar and click on it. A dropdown menu will appear with several options, select "Customize" from this list.

Within the Customizer, navigate to the "Footer Settings" section. Here, you’ll find various settings to adjust your site’s header.

Accessing Footer Settings from Your Website Page

Another method to reach the Footer Settings is directly from your website's front end for a more intuitive approach for adjustments while viewing changes live. Here’s how you can proceed:

  1. Visit your website’s homepage while logged into your WordPress account. You should see a bar at the top of the page — this is the WordPress toolbar.

  1. On this toolbar, locate the "Customize" option. Clicking on it will transport you directly to the Customizer interface.

  1. Within the Customizer, navigate to the "Footer Settings" section. Here, you’ll find various settings to adjust your site’s footer.

Footer Settings

There are two sections available in Footer Settings:

  • Copyright

  • Socials

Copyright

The Copyright section in the Footer Settings comes with several settings to enhance the visual appearance of your site’s footer. Here’s a breakdown of the available settings:

  • Copyright Text: Enter the text that will be displayed as the copyright notice in the footer.

  • Font Size (px): Set the size of the font used for the copyright text in pixels.

  • Color: Choose the color of the copyright text to match your website's design or branding.

Socials

In the Search section, you have settings available to set up the social media within your site's footer. Here’s a breakdown of the available settings:

  • Twitter: Provide a link to your Twitter profile.

  • Facebook: Provide a link to your Facebook page or profile.

  • Instagram: Provide a link to your Instagram account.

  • Youtube: Provide a link to your YouTube channel.

  • Color: Choose the color for the social media icons.

  • Hover Color: Define the color of the social media icons when hovered over by the cursor.

After you finish the customization, click the Publish button to enhance and save the changes to your site.
