How to Submit a Support Ticket?

Our support team is always happy to answer any questions you have about setup and functionality!

You can create a support ticket in the scope of the support period in your support account.

If you have not created a support account on our platform yet, go to the Dashboard > Motors Plugin > Contact us and click Create a Ticket button to submit a new ticket and create a support account quickly.

If you've installed the free version of Motors Plugin, or the support period expired, you can create a new topic on the Plugin's page in the WordPress forum.

We also love screenshots and links to pages where you are experiencing issues! After all, the more information you give us the faster we can diagnose the problem!
