# Email Template

The **Email Template** section allows you to customize the design and content of the email sent to customers. The right-hand side of the page provides a **live preview** of the email layout, allowing you to see how the email will look to recipients. Once satisfied with the settings, click the **Save** button to apply your changes.

* **Template Background -** The background color is used as the backdrop of an email template.
* **Content Background -** The background color of the main content where the quote is displayed.
* **Main Text Color -** Font color of the total summary text.
* **Border Color -** The color of decorative lines and borders in the attachment section.
* **Button Color -** Change the appearance of download buttons when the Calculator has attachments.
* **Logo -** A company logo that appears at the top of an email that is sent to the customer. Supported file formats: `JPG`,`PNG` — max 10MB.
* **Email Logo Position -** Adjust the alignment of the logo (e.g., center, left, or right).
* **Customer email title -**&#x54;he heading for the summary block of an email that is sent to the customer.
* **Customer email description -** The additional information for customers that appears in the footer area of the email. The field is powered by the [**WYSIWYG**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] editor.
* **Plugin Branding in Footer Section -**&#x54;oggle this option to show or hide the plugin branding in the email footer.

The Email Template is only available for the [Default Order Form](https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/cost-calculator-builder/cost-calculator-settings/calculator-settings/order-form). When [Contact Form 7 integration](https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/cost-calculator-builder/pro-plugin-features/contact-form-7-plugin) is used the template will not be applied.&#x20;

When customers complete an order, both the user and the site administrator receive an email.&#x20;
