Confirmation Page

A Confirmation page is a page users will see after they make an order in the calculator. You can customize and show the Confirmation page only if you enable the Contact form or any Payment method.

To set the Confirmation page, go to the Settings tab in your calculator.

The Confirmation page will be shown only if you enable a Contact form or Payment method. To set this page, first go to the Contact form, Paypal or Stripe section and turn on any of them.

These settings are available on the Confirmation page:

Show this page on - You can choose where to show the Confirmation page.

Texts - You can put the text you want to show on the Confirmation page with the ID number of the order.

ID number - You can change the text that goes before the ID number of the order. Orders can be managed within the Orders section in the plugin.

Back button text - You can put the text for the button to go back to the calculator.

Button to download receipt - By enabling this, you allow your users to download the receipt. You can change the button text in the field below this setting.

Button to share receipt - You can share this receipt with someone by putting their email address, name and message. You can change the button text in the field below this setting.

Add custom button - You can add a custom button and the link this button will lead to, e.g. “Go to website button” with the link to your website.

The look of the Confirmation page comes from the appearance of the calculator. You can customize how the calculator and Confirmation page look by going to the Appearance tab on your calculator.

Options to show the Confirmation page

Same page as calculator

This option will show the Confirmation page on the same page as your calculator.

Top of calculator as popup

This option will show the Confirmation page on top of a calculator page as a popup.

When using PayPal as a payment method, the Confirmation page can not be shown as a popup or on the same page as Calculator. The Confirmation page will be shown on a separate or custom page.

Separate Page

This option allows you to choose the page on your website where the Confirmation page will be shown.

Custom page

This setting allows you to redirect your user to the page outside of your website domain after making the order. For example, when you have a different page for the thank you page. This way the setting of the Confirmation Page won’t apply to the page outside of your website.
