General
Under the General tab of the Profile Settings, you can manage user registration and email sending:

New User Registration - enable this setting to allow new user registrations. If it is disabled, the registration form will not be available. However, old users can sign in to your website.
Dealer Registration - enable the setting to allow dealers to register on your site.
Email Confirmation - when the setting is enabled all newly registered users will get an e-mail for account verification.
You can edit the template for email confirmation on the Dashboard >Tools > Email Template Manager section of the admin dashboard.
