# Reviews

The review feature in MasterStudy LMS plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall learning experience by enabling students to provide feedback on courses, instructors, and learning content. This feature helps build course trust and credibility, allowing potential students to make informed decisions based on real user experiences. Here’s a detailed overview of the review feature in MasterStudy LMS:

Instructors will be rated on a 5-star scale based on all the reviews they receive. ## How to Enable Course Reviews

To turn on the Course Reviews, follow the **WP Dashboard > MS LMS > Settings > Course > Course Reviews.** By default, it will be enabled:

With the help of the setting, you can control to display of **course reviews** on all course pages, bundles, and widgets. Disabling this option will hide reviews **throughout the site.**

## How to leave a review (student)?

1. Open the [main course page](https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-settings/course) and move to the Reviews tab:

2. Click on the **Write Review** button, and leave your review.&#x20;

3. Use the **WYSIWYG editor** to style your review, and rate the course with **1 to 5** star rating:

4. Your review will remain in '**Pending for Review**' status until it is approved by the admin:

Instructors are not allowed to leave reviews for their own courses. Students can leave only one review for each course they are enrolled in.

## Managing Reviews (admin)

1. To see the Reviews left on your site, follow **WP Dashboard > MasterStudy LMS > Reviews** and edit the needed on&#x65;**:**

2. On the opened page, you can edit the review text, star rating, course, and even the user who submitted the review. After carefully reviewing the details, you can publish it:

3. Now it is on your website:

## Reset Demo Course Ratings

Demo course ratings can be reset by following **WP Dashboard > Tools > LMS Course Ratings:**

This action **will not delete** any reviews left by students. It only removes demo ratings that **come with the plugin.**&#x20;
